Is it possible for me to get fuel?
We have small canisters for $10

Do I have to stock my own water or pay extra for water caches?
We keep the water caches full each season.

What if I have to cancel at the last minute?
We require at least 14 days notice in order to issue a refund.

Is it possible for me to change my start date?
14 days before, and depending on availability.

Why isn’t is letting me order two seats?
One order per hiker. Different names, please.

How far in advance should I make reservations?
Due to a significant increase in hikers, weeks in advance.

Can I be put on a waitlist?
There isn’t a waitlist. All availability is on our calendar.

Think you should have received a refund and didn’t?
Please contact us for refunds.

Whats the best way would be to get myself to Crazy Cook?
Take a flight into Tuscon and a Greyhound to Lordsburg

There’s a time-zone change from Arizona to New Mexico?
Yes. Make sure your clocks update.

How far is it from Lordsburg to the border?
About 3 hours one way, depending on road conditions

Can I have the monument photos you took?
Check @campcrazycook on Instagram periodically

Do you send an email confirmation for my reservation?
Paypal will send you a payment confirmation. You’re good to go.

Is the New Mexico Recreational Access permit included as part of the shuttle?
Unfortunately, it is not included as part of our shuttle.

Do you run a shuttle for southbound hikers in November?
No. Check with the CDTC.

How many hikers are in each shuttle?
Just four per vehicle. No Pets.

Can I bring my dog?
No Pets.

Can you accept a resupply parcel?
The Lordsburg Post Office can help you with that.
