We stop at the Hachita Store for fuel purchases, coffee, last minute snacks.

Is there a safe place I can park my vehicle in Lordsburg?
The Econolodge might be able to help you out.
Can I leave garbage with you in the truck?
Yes. Nothing too excessive, please.
Do I need to bring my own water to start the trail?
Yes. We recommend starting with 3 Liters. Pack electrolytes too.
What if I have to cancel at the last minute?
We require at least 14 days notice in order to issue a refund.
Is it possible for me to change my start date?
14 days before, and depending on availability.
Why isn’t is letting me order two seats?
One order per hiker. Different names and email addresses, please.
How far in advance should I make reservations?
Due to a significant increase in hikers, weeks in advance.
Can I be put on a waitlist?
There isn’t a waitlist. All availability is on our calendar.
Any last minute cancellations?
All availability is listed on our calendar.
Think you should have received a refund and didn’t?
Please contact us for refunds. PayPal doesn’t automatically do it.

Do you run a shuttle for southbound hikers in November?
Not yet. Working on it.
How many hikers are in each shuttle?
Just four per vehicle. No Pets.
Can I bring my dog?
No Pets. This is the rental agency’s policy.
Can I bring my service dog?
We will arrange a private shuttle for service dogs if needed.
Can you accept a resupply parcel?
The Lordsburg Post Office can help you with that.
Do you offer rides to Silver City?
